EDMONTON PROJECTS
Manhattan
The Manhattan Lofts is a 12 storey multi-family residential project by McJane Developments and Fortis Structures, located in University, at 10855 Saskatchewan Drive, Edmonton. It has finished construction in 2000 and consists of central elevator, in-suite laundry, and multi-level underground heated parking.
It also features the roof-top patios which overlooks Downtown and River Valley.
Fuzion
Co-development with BCM Developments, Fortis Structures has completed Fuzion on Whyte in 2013, a multi-family condo project with a total of 105 suites. The project also provides spacious commercial rentals. This complex features heated, underground parking, as well as low condo fees which cover heat, water and A/C.
Shepherd's Care
Shepherd's Care is a 16 storey Seniors Complex by Sheppard’s Care Foundation, located in Edmonton, at 10745 29 Ave NW. It was completed in 2016 and consists of central elevator Shaft, Multi Level Underground Heated parkade. Fortis Structures Implemented Green, Sustainable building methods in the process of construction for this project.
Imperial
The Imperial is a 6 storey multi-family residential project by BCM Developments and Fortis Structures, located in Oliver, at 10235 112 Street Edmonton. It has finished construction in 2007 and consists of central elevator, in-suite laundry, and underground heated parking. It also features the roof-top patios which overlook Downtown and Oliver.
Maxx
The MAXX Urban Condos was a multi-family condo development project by BCM Developments located at 10518 113ST Edmonton and this project was built by Fortis Structures. The entire project was completed in 2013. The Building consists of 93 suites with an underground parkade, and it features upgraded finishes such as stainless steel appliances and laminate flooring etc.
Zen
The Zen Urban Condos was a multi-family condo development project by BCM Developments located at 11425 105 Ave. Edmonton. Completed by Fortis Structures in 2011, the project contains 86 suites. The building was constructed using Fortis’s patented steel structures, and is heated using hydronic in-floor heating system with a non-combustible building envelope that lowers the residents’ insurance and maintenance costs.
Station Pointe
Fortis Structures is presently working on the Station Pointe Apartment Phase 1 and 2. Expected to be completed 2019. It will have the Built Green Platinum Designation. It is a 5 storey multi-family apartment project with a total of 112 suites. The project also provides spacious commercial rentals. This complex features heated, underground parking, as well as low condo fees which cover heat, water and A/C.
